| Description | 1. National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office, Peshawar intends to acquire services of interested parties for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT/LT Power Cables and Allied Accessories for NADRA RHO Peshawar Building situated at Plot#05, Sector B-1, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. 2. Tender form having terms & conditions, detailed specifications may be obtained during office hours from the undersigned from 31st Mar, 2024 to 18th Apr, 2024 on payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable). Tender forms must be submitted latest by 18th Apr, 2024 before 1100 hours. Tender will be opened in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives on same day 18th Apr, 2024 at 1130 hours. The complete list/detail of required items will be provided with the tender documents. 3. Pre Bid Meeting to be held on 5th April, 2024 (10:00AM) at NADRA RHO Peshawar. 4. Terms and Conditions: a. Procedure of Single Stage ? Two Envelop bidding will be adopted. b. Firms must have a valid registration with PEC in category C5 or above and specialty codes EE04 & EE05. b. Firms must be registered with FBR as an active tax payer. c. Copy of National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST) certificates along with clearance certificate for the past three years should be included with tender documents. d. Quoted rates will remain in force for FY 2023-24. e. Firms will have to attach Bid Security amounting Rs. 500,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) in shape of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of ?DG NADRA RHO Peshawar?, without which the offer shall be rejected being non-responsive. f. Tender with incomplete supporting documents will not be entertained, and furnishing of deceitful information shall be liable to legal action. g. At any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the procuring agency, for any reason, whether at its own initiatives or in response to a clarification(s) requested by a prospective bidder, may modify the bidding documents by amendment(s). All prospective bidders that have received the bidding documents shall be notified of the amendment(s) in writing through post, Email or Fax and shall be binding on them. Response time for taking the amendment(s) into account in preparing their bids, the procuring agency, as it discretion, may extend the deadline for submission of bids. h. A certificate and affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted, shall be submitted with the documents. i. Selection will be made on Most Advantageous Bidder method, however the firm must meet the minimum requirement of evaluation criteria mentioned in the tender form. j. The bid will have a minimum validity period of 120 x days from the last date of submission of the Bid. k. The Bidder shall be responsible for all new taxes, if any, levied by the Government until completion of the Tender (Fiscal Year 23-24). l. The benefit of exemption from or reduction in the taxes and duties shall be passed on to the Procuring Agency.st m. While making a price quote, trend/inflation in the rate of goods in the market should kept in mind. No request for increase in price due to market fluctuation in the cost of goods shall be entertained. n. If at any stage the successful bidder withdraw from providing services or goods due to market fluctuation in the cost of goods and services, legal action shall be taken against the defaulter i.e. Forfeiting of bid security/performance guarantee, amount of already executed work and also the firm will be blacklisted on PPRA Website. o. Competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject single bid or the whole tender as per clause 33 of PPRA rules. p. Tender is also available on PPRA website:-www.ppra.org.pk. |
